Excellent location in the center of town. Large room (Pelican) with a view to the sea - when you get on your toes 😄

No cleaning when you stay for 5 nights, is on the low side. Got new towels half way when we asked for it. Picked the place to be sure not to be in the middle of the party district of Puerto Morelos. Didn't realize, that lorries start bringing building materials to the resort sites just outside town, at 6 in the morning - passing the Casa 20 meters away from our bed 🫣 Had to leave the window open in the bathroom to keep the sevage smell from the drain in the floor at a minimum. The staff promised to clean it - but didn't.

You will find similar properties cost wise, but this one is great because of perfect location, they supply drinking water/coffee, and a kitchen; which will save time and money and turns into a great area to chit chat with other guest/staff. The shared bathroom was new to me, but with only 6-8 rooms and two full bathrooms, it is never a problem. Every single staff member was simply amazing!!! Super friend, kind, and honest.

The staff were very helpful. They were kind enough to watch our luggage until 2pm when we had to leave for the airport. The location was also very good. There is also a good restaurant next door.

Didn't care for the shared bathroom, but we knew that ahead of time, so, no problem.

Good price and in walking distance to beach and shops. After check out, I was able to hang out in the common kitchen/dining area, while waiting for a late plane departure.

Shared bathroom, but I knew I was getting that. My check in was a bit confusing for me, since I didn’t have wifi. I was not shown/told about the common area and it's usage. So I was surprised to see the shared kitchen/dining area the next morning.
