Good location. Communication with host. Nice rooms.

I had a room on the second floor and i could hear all the chairs and tables moving on the terrace at 7am in the morning. There were works right next door starting before 8am. My friend’s room on the ground floor was very smelly and humid. The receptionist was never there, until 2 days after arrival. It was easy to communicate with her on WhatsApp but we had no welcome / indications / tips etc

The hotel administrator Laura is the best!!! She is an example of excellent communication, she tried to solve all our problems immediately. The location is nice, the views from the rooftop - excellent. The Hotel has nice interior. Good coffee in the cafe :).

Our room (number 4) was on the ground floor, with quite poor views through the windows (one of them facing a fence) and there was a lot of humidity in the room (maybe because it was close to the ground and the sun was never entering the room). There was no chance for swimming suits or towels to dry… you could feel the humidity in the bedding also… The humidity even caused a strange smell. One more thing that annoyed us - the noise of the swimming pool pump every morning, around 7:30 (I am not sure if it was a pump, but the sound was as if water was flushing in some big basin).

Great place with lovely staff in a beautiful community.

Staff went over and beyond to ensure that we were greeted and addressed all questions and concerns. Sheets and linen top quality!

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is great! Unfortunately, the pool filter was not working at the moment so we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. It was a bit of a bummer because it was one of the principal reason that we had booked at this hotel. Also, there is construction just next to the hotel but it didn't bother us so much. Overall, we enjoy our trip and I recommend the Mero Mero Hotel!

Los precios en línea no coinciden con lo que te cobran, mi aire se descompuso y pasé una noche sin aire, al día siguiente lo estuvieron arreglando así que no pude estar en el cuarto, no lo resolvieron y me mandaron a otro cuarto con poca ventilación y mucha humedad. Estuvieron construyendo por lo que los ruidos empezaban desde la 7 de la mañana.
