Mero Mero Hotel

The hotel is very pretty! The coffee shop makes it super worth it to stay there. Amazing food and coffee. Staff is very attentive and nice.

Cant see the ocean fm the rooms, somehow I’d gotten that idea. It’s very LOUD, there’s construction, it is in front of the plaza, noise coming fm the coffee place.

El hotel esta excelente, nos encantó el unico detalle quizas fue que el aire acondicionado nos goteaba un poco y que se oia el ruido de la alberca por las mañanas pero todo lo demas excelente, la habitacion espectacular, la cama deliciosa, el baño hermoso y en general las amenidades estupendas volveria sin duda, la mejor opcion de hospedaje sin duda en el cuyo

El hotel esta situado enfrente de la plaza Principal, muy bonito. Nos toco un poco de ruido de una fiesta que hubo, pero es algo que no se puede controlar. La piscina fue lo mejor, las vista increíbles. Sin duda regresaría de nuevo.

Excelente servicio y ubicación. El personal muy amable, y el restaurante, la comida muy recomendable.

Nos encanto la estancia. Muy tranquilo, accesible al parque y playa y todos los restaurantes. La alberca no es para niños, ya que es en la azotea, me dio mucha ansiedad con mi niño de 4. Falta algun bote con agua para limpiarse los pies antes de entrar a la habitacion. En el restaurante es agradable, fuimos una mañana y disfrutamos mucho. Al dia siguiente fuimos, pero nos recibieron con caras y actitud de una extranjera muy poco servicial, mejor fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar

Hotel is located in front of the main plaza and is a couple of blocks away from the beach. It has a beautiful infinity pool in the roof. There are many restaurants at a walking distance and the hotel has a good and convenient restaurant on the first floor. WiFi may be weak in the rooms but if you need to download a film just walk down to the lobby. El Cuyo is a relaxing place and definitely this hotel helps to wind down.

Located right in front of the main square of El Cuyo, this hotel exceeded our expectations! Not only was Laura extremely attentive and communicative before our arrival (we were delayed due to rain) but she also explained everything to us nicely but quickly so we could get to the beach and waste no time in lengthy check-ins. Our room was properly sized, simple but stylish and it had a secondary bed with underbed and a hammock, so it can fit a lot more people if necessary! The hotel is not beachfront but it takes you less than 5 min to walk from and to the beach. They also provide towels if you don't want to take yours (just don't lose the towels haha) The pool in the rooftop, although small, it's great and the view is amazing! Also, despite being located right in the center of the town and our room being the first one in the hallway, we slept without noises. The hotel has its own cafe and food there is really yummy, their chilaquiles are to die for and my daughter loved their brownies! Overall a wonderful, although short stay and we can't wait to be back!

This has nothing to do with the hotel but while we were in the rooftop pool we were joined by another small group and they began smoking weed. It's a small space and we were with our young daughter. We don't mind people smoking but it was a really strong smell (despite it being windy) and they also left some of their weed inside the pool. Maybe reinforcing some etiquette or having some personnel up there would help to avoid these situations (since kids can stay in the property), but again we understand this is not the hotel's responsibility.

The power went off around 12 am, and no one was there to turn on the private power generator, even when we messaged the concierge, so we had to spend all night without AC which to be honest, for the cost of the night it’s not what we were expecting.
