Lumina at Marea Cabo San Lucas

The house was super clean and smelled amazing. The towels were of very nice quality, the beds in every room were really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was excellent and well-kept. The location was also really good. There is a Walmart within walking distance and a lot of restaurants around. Everything felt new and fresh, and we could tell the place was well taken care of. Our check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the host was fast and easy. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Apartment and location were great! Short walk to Medano beach, downtown, and the marina, which was perfect for us. Be aware, it was loud at night and into the morning hours, but expected for the location.

Great location, clean, modern, and convenient. The location is near all the action in Cabo, but is quiet.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The apartment was really great, spacious, modern, very well furnished, spotlessly clean and close to the beach etc. felt safe and secure. Marcel who hosted us was responsive, helpful and very pleasant.

The only thing we didn’t like — but it’s a big thing, was the loud music that played nearby between about 10pm - 3am every night (except Sunday) which disturbed our sleep, even with earplugs. Absolutely no fault of the building, but nevertheless an issue if you not a nightly party goer, or are a light sleeper.

Room: scuffs on all walls, leaks under sinks, no hooks for towels in bathroom, (or anywhere), drier function on washing machine not working - needed to drape wet laundry over furniture, silverware count was short, (plenty of oversized spoons, not enough normal size), stains on couch… I alerted staff to wet laundry/flatware situation and was ignored/dismissed. We were expected to wear plastic wristbands the entirety of our stay so entry staff could identify us upon exit/entry. Boo. Friday and Saturday night were extremely loud with club noise down on the street. (We were on 5th floor). Emergency vehicles followed volume patterns Would not stay here again.
