Lumina at Marea Cabo San Lucas

Debería tener las condiciones para atender las personas que dice que se pueden alojar. Mas vasos, copas, platos. En general vajilla y utensilios de cocina.

Location was great, felt safe, enjoyed the view

Pool was too shallow

This is our 3rd time using Lumina in Los Cabos and they didn’t disappoint. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. We had a slight problem with the AC but the Lumina team helped us and found a solution for us quickly!

Great location with fantastic amenities the pool , weight room and the room was incredible.

Nothing not to like!

My family and I had an amazing, relaxing stay at Marea Cabo San Lucas. The location was great, right in the heart of CSL, with many restaurants, spas, grocery stores, and the beach all within a 10 minutes walk. The building was very secure, and all the staff was kind and kept the facilities and area very clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was huge, bright, and well furnished. We had everything we needed for the few days we were there. I want to thank Barbara at Lumina who was amazing to work with, quickly answered all my questions, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Check in and check out was very smooth. My family and I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be coming back!

There’s a bit of noise at night, but that’s to be expected given the location downtown. No faults with the apartment itself.

The Worse!! It was the stay of my entire life!!! Day One they gave me the wrong Apartment number, they 1st blamed me for not knowing what I was doing, and once they realized they were wrong they blamed it on the building changing the numbers, which I verified, and it was not true. They lied most of the time, trying to manipulate us and our time, they were always late, they came in the apartment without consent - and that is what I can remember. The maintenance people had to go for 3 days on a row to the apartment to fix the batteries dying for the front door lock, the very heavy curtain rod falling down (dangerous and no privacy on the room facing the street with a heavy streetlight), No hot water, two different times clearing the shower heads that were clogged. They gave us an apartment with absolutely no view, which is NOT the one in the advertisement. The WORSE!!!!

Also, the building reception was awful, the attitude as if they were doing us a favor for everything was terrible!!!!!!!! We would go out the car gate just not to see the reception people. The POOL WAS GREEN for 8 out of the 10 days we stayed, and again with the lies that that was the normal color - JUST EVERYTHING WAS LIES AND MANIPULATION! NO POOL IN CABO WHEN YOU PAY FOR IT? Can't get worse than that!
