Emerald Isle Pensacola Beach by Southern Vacation Rentals

We like the property. We love that it was close to the beach. Had a nice pool and hot tub. The rooms overall were nice. They were a little worn but, we would definitely go back.

Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in.

We did not like feeling unsafe.During our stay a white woman walked into the apartment said she thought we were gone and that they were suppose to be having open house there.We told her we had the place rented until Sunday morning.She asked again if we would be gone that day we said no and she then left.We were afraid to leave our things in the apartment so had to put everything in our vehicle and walk back and forth each time we needed something.This person had the code number to the condo she just walked in.It was to stressful so we left Sunday afternoon.Wont ever stay there anymore.

Loved staying here and the convenience of walking to the beach for my older kids

Likes The view, pool and beach were awesome. Room was very nice and clean. Great location as easy parking. Dislikes People smoked on there balcony’s so it made it tough to enjoy sitting outside on our balcony. Would be better if vacation rental place gave check in information earlier than day of check in. We were out of cell phone reception for most of the day and it made it stressful trying to get into the resort at midnight. Would be nice to have a starter pack of coffee in room for first morning. Not a big deal but would have been nice and appreciated Overall stay was very good and would stay there again.

The area is nice, just a bit confusing to find at first.to many entrances near by.

The condo we stayed in was 205. Although it look like it could’ve been nice at one point some things need attention. Cleaning is a must. I know a deep cleaning needs to take place at least every now and then. Light switches were nasty. Who want to touch that. Around the bottom of the toilet is yellow. Is that urine? Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Ants was everywhere but didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots and pans…. The washer and dryer is a nice amenity. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Silverfish and staying in an “apartment that was undergoing renovation. The property was amazing but my room with 2 beds that were less than “fresh” tv platforms from 2000’s. And then there was the renovation hints half-done through my room. The pools views and overall esthetic was amazing.
