Emerald Isle Pensacola Beach by Southern Vacation Rentals

LOVE this property and the area! Never had to wait long for an elevator, and everything was very clean and upscale. Plenty of parking. There were 3 different safety codes (parking/front door, pool, beach) that many people were confused about, but we didn't have a problem with ours. Our only problem was we were told the office opened at 8am to get our keys, but no one was there until 9am. Minor problem. It was also nice that they gave us enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get through our 4-day stay. If we had stayed a full week, we would have had to have bought those items. They also supplied soap for 1 load of laundry and 1 load of dishes. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, but none disposable, so we chose to buy paper plates and plastic cutlery. Fridge & freezer were empty. Also no salt/pepper, etc. At other condos in the past, people sometimes leave items like that for the next renters, but not here... probably due to Covid, which was fine. Our unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that were put out from 7am-7pm. The pools and beach were clean and well-patrolled for safety. Overall, wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! =D

The location is perfect, and the private property makes it nice and quiet

Beachfront was lovely. Great view , easy access. Condo well decorated. Needed a little maintenance

Once we booked the property a person called us and said that the property in question (very nice and at such a great price) was not available due to maintenance and they would give us another one equivalent to the one we booked originally. Upon arrival the unit was definitely not the same: didn’t have a king bed, didn’t have the view and furniture was very worn out. Pensacola Beach is great we have stayed in different places there, but what we don’t like is when they deceive you into going to the place at a cost and then give you less for the same rate that was quoted. I felt cheated

We loved this property. It was in a prime location with a beautiful balcony view directly on the beach. Unit had a set of free beach chairs with umbrella, free dolphin cruise for up to 10 people, bottle of champagne and a beach towel. The 2 pools and a hot tub were also a big hit as we left the beach at sunset and moved to the pools until 11pm. We had a lovely stay.

The condo was WONDERFUL, the ocean was PERFECT. I was VERY impressed with Pensacola. My only complaint would be a non refundable deposit of $150.00 for damages that was not mentioned when I booked with Hotels.com

We traveled with an infant. Property very safe for small children.

It was a sister weekend and turned out to be very fun! Room was great. Furniture was a little worn, but everything else was really nice.

We stayed in April from Thursday through Monday, very easy check in process, they allowed us to check in at 9:30 am as opposed to 5 pm. Every room has a ocean view, and a balcony. The location is great and the room was clean! We highly recommend!
