Beautiful resort. Really nice and friendly people. Least all-inclusive all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. Too many items in each menu that are not included in the all-inclusive plan. Like lots of them. Stayed in the Oceanside penthouse, and it was literally the best hotel room I’ve ever had. So spacious and nice. Would have been perfect for 3 couples, but was wonderful for our family of 4 as well. Butler service was not helpful. They were very kind, though. All service people were friendly and great. Had a large mouse in our garbage can in the kitchen. Not ideal. Wanted to have us attend a time-share sales meeting there. Tried to get us to book it when we were checking in. Not ideal way to start our stay. Overall, it was a beautiful resort with nice people. Not great value when you consider the exclusions on the menu (including alcohol exclusions too) and lack of quality butler service. Considering these things, I’d hesitate to stay at a Tafer resort again.

Beautiful property, great resort for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding near protected Los Arcos. Perfect distance for Zip Lining excursions. Cuisine at property was amazing, but my only critique is make reservations prior to vacation if traveling with children so your dinner plans are not 8pm-9pm.

Beautiful place and nice staff

Not very friendly and the restaurants are adult only not allowing my 16 years to join. Lobby and receptionist staff is so rude and short

My son was the only one of the kids club. The room service food was absolutely horrible. The Deadpool lock on our door was broke. They tried fixing it but it still wasn't working properly and my wife couldn't even open or close the deadlock. The showers do not get cleaned very well and the handicap handle in one of the showers had disconnected from the tile set bolt. Property around the resort is amazing. Some of the staff was great some of them were ignoring us. Spa imagine massages were way over priced. The room maintenance needs to be much better. We ordered room service but I would not even eat it It was that terrible. The breakfast restaurant was good but just average nothing 5 star. Paying $600 for a couples massage that was not even great is what really ruined my stay. The kids club the ladies were amazing but my son was the only one there all 3 days. Bonnie was amazing, our concierge lady. The nature preserve and the gardens next door are absolutely beautiful. I just feel it's overpriced and under maintained.

Beautiful property, great food, the servers and maid staff was unbelievable. They do try to sell you hard on there timeshare and don’t care as much about you when you decline but other that that it was amazing

Very nice property

We had an amazing time here. The only thing to note is that the sweets are connecting so we had a loud family next to us. Otherwise amazing.
