Amazing resort! Staff was always on top of everything and had the best customer service!

A bit of a hike from the towers to the beachside pool. It’s a nice place and the food is excellent but would probably stay elsewhere in the future

Overall great experience. Some minor customer service issues. Also, said we are vegetarian, and were delivered meat. All told, lovely resort/would return.

I have been to this property multiple times. The rooms are excellent. The all inclusive option has become worst over the years. Currently, there are restaurants and menu items that can’t be ordered under “all inclusive”. Also the alcohol included is very limited and cheap brands. They overcharge you for the non covered items. Internet access is limited in some areas of the hotel and in some rooms in the suites.

My familly arrived and were told during check in at Garza Blanca’s lobby that they were not allowing us to stay at Garza Blanca and instead of the 2 bedroom panarama room I booked months in advance and prepaid for they were splitting us up and putting us in two 1 bedroom units in Mousai instead. Several different excuses for that were given to us in the three visits to the front desk to try to get what I booked; constuction noise from the new tower being built next to tower 4, then it was construction noise from remodeling of a Penthouse room, and then the manager told us Garza Blanca was having AC issues. Mousai is very nice but is a hip couples resort and we were intending a family trip, not a party resort. I would not have booked the trip had I known. We packed for 3 days intending to have the washer/dryer in the Garza Blanca room. We were not offered any compensation, refund, or future credit . Tafer owns other resorts in the area with 2 bedroom units- why were we not offered them? Since I can’t trust Tafer Resorts to not bait and switch our rooms we are forced to avoid Tafer properties in the future. Too bad since we have had 4 great stays at Tafer properties in Puerto Vallarta and Cabo
