Garza Blanca Resort & Spa

Great resort. The service is exceptional. Every person wants to do anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable, easy, and safe. They are focused on your comfort and always wanting to please. The heated infinity pools are amazing. The beach does have rocks so get swim shoes. Only two restaurants allow kids but they have kids club so parents can enjoy dinner at the other restaurants. Amazing experience. Highly recommend

Staff members were amazing. Our original concierge never made the dinner reservations. We got it straight after following up with another staff member. Highly recommend the all inclusive package Would stay here again 👍

Food was amazing and staff at the restaurants were very accommodating to my allergies. Internet was not great but other than that everything else was great! My family had an amazing time!

Property was stunning, views from our room and pool areas were breathtaking. Dining was top notch, but most important was the staff, very attentive and considerate to all of our needs and wants. Can't wait wait to go back...

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property is very nice and we had a really good time. My only complaint is that at the end of each meal they would have a device they would scan your wrist band and make you fill out a gratuity form. This is the first time I’ve experienced this at any all inclusive resort. Sometimes it would take a while for the server to get back to you so you can scan out. We didn’t realize this was a must do and one time the guy ran all the way out of to the front and stopped us from getting in the trolly to scan our wrist band. The wrist band scanning really left a bad taste in our mouth to the point I probably wouldn’t return to this resort.

Excellent place

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Omar by the pool made our stay unforgettable. Excellent service by every single staff member of Garza. Definitely coming back.
