Great rooms, views, and service

At check in the young lady who helped us indicted we would be upgraded to a two bedroom suite. She said this was being done because we were Expedia VIP members. We were excited about the upgrade until we received our room and the exterior of the room was surrounded by vegetation. We had absolutely no view of the ocean. What we were not told was that we would lose the ocean front view we had reserved. Once we spoke to the same individual who assisted us and explained the situation she attempted to tell me that even though you reserve and pay for an ocean front view that doesn’t guarantee you will get one. She was not nice nor accommodating until we asked to speak to two other individuals in charge. The entire situation could have been handled differently. It set an awful start to our long awaited vacation and wasted time. It was disappointing.

One of my favorite resorts I have been to! Excellent service by all the employees. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Really good food options as well! Very happy and definitely will be returning!

The resort was beautiful.

The gardens around this property are phenomenal.the food is excellent and the service amazing. We enjoyed water aerobics, a salsa dance class, kayaking, and snorkeling, as well as a food preparation class. The one thing that was a challenge was they were doing construction right near our room. The hotel compensated us a bit for the noise, but it did not make for a relaxing stay if you wanted to be in your room or on the deck during the day, The tennis courts and basketball area was near the construction area and was not being kept up well. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant.

terrible experience. one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever experienced from a hotel. do not book with then they do not respond to customer requests and are impossible to reach reservations

It’s a beautiful hotel that accomplishes its objectives of getting American tourists. The best part of the resort are the rooms. Everything else, food/beach/timing/transportation are inconvenient or not quality

Horrible. Unless u stay at the all adult building then I have access to all. Do t stay here!!! Cabo Garza Blanca 100% better service food every thing.

The service, the accommodations, the staff and the restaurant and food quality were excellent. We were bathed in luxury and we loved it!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The grounds, the pools, the restaurants, the service, the weather, the transportation between resorts. And ofc the service was top. Everyone makes you feel at home. We had a wonderful first night having a surprise romantic beach side dinner my husband arranged and the food and service was phenomenal. What a way to kick off our tenth wedding anniversary week! Oh the gym that’s on the north tower of Moussai overlooking the beach made working out so much easier! Almost forgot Tierra Luna gardens is beautiful! Must not miss. We will be back.
