Spot less, Quiet, Great view, outstanding service and great restaurants !! We love it, can’t wait to go back 😊 The only thing that we didn’t like was the we had to come back 😅

Amazing hotel

I was hoping for authentic food

They just want your money through expedia, do not book this hotel through Expedia especially if you have a ocean view. It’s a rip off and we ended upmpaying more at the hotel and Expedia was very unhelpful.

Garza Blanca was everything! I’ve stayed at all-inclusive hotels before, and sometimes the food can be disappointing—but not here. Every meal was absolutely delicious, especially at Bocados Steak House. Noemi from Bocados was amazing—so warm and attentive! Honestly, all the servers were excellent. The drinks were strong and never watered down. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and i hadva nice time there. Good food

While the resort looks great from the outside, our stay was marred by unexpected charges, poor service, and lack of accommodation for families. - Secret charges: $120 USD for a Red Bull and unspecified "service charges" despite being an all-inclusive guest - Limited room service: cutoff at 11 PM with no alternatives - Unhelpful staff: managers and supervisors unresponsive to issues - Family-unfriendly: no accommodations for families with small children- we tried to get a snack for our kids prior to leaving and the staff and supervisors rejected this request as we were one minute past our checkout time - Lack of kids' activities and entertainment - Overcrowded pool -missing cash from safe in the room -managers provided no resolution Given the issues we experienced, I'd advise against staying here. There are better options in Puerto Vallarta.
