Spacious modern apartment, huge comfy bed and a lovely powerful shower. There’s a WhatsApp number you can use to keep in touch with the hotel throughout your stay. Found it super nice that they checked if we wanted a freshen up of the room when we were out and planned it around us. So no awkward knocks on the door. All facilities worked and were modern. Smart tv, coffee machine, basics in the kitchen like microwave and fridge. Also I got airport transfer through the hotel, effortless, felt super welcomed to the city.

Just that I had to leave! :/

This hotel was in a very central location and was easy for us to get to places. Staff was nice.

As someone who travels frequently, this hotel has to be one of the worst we’ve stayed at. First, there’s a club or bar nearby so it was pretty loud and can be heard through the windows. Second, we stayed in room 201 and the doorframe to the bathroom is warped so we were not able to close our bathroom door. Third, the bed linens were scratchy and not very comfortable. Lastly and the biggest problem is that we kept finding silverfish bugs in the room and on one of our bags that we set down on the floor, which is very concerning because we could potentially be bringing it back to our homes. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

Spacious and gorgeous terrace. Everything you would need for a stay. Absolutely loved that we could use the washer and dryer for free, an unexpected huge bonus!

Small issue but there was nowhere to hang towels to dry when used. Could have done with some extra hooks in the bathroom for this and maybe some in the doorway to hang jackets. There was noise at night but didn’t affect me.

This is our second stay at Casa Cibeles and it did not disappoint. The staff is simply wonderful and so attentive. The room is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. I felt that this time around the noise from the nightclub next door was not as loud but my husband did need earplugs to sleep. All in all a 10 out of 10. Look forward to many more stays when visiting CDMX.
