The location in Condesa is safe and the perfect starting point for any adventure

The sliding glass door doesn’t seem to fully seal when it’s closed, letting in a cold draft and loud music from the bars across the street. The music seems to play everyday of the week until about 2-3am.

Ideally located in a trendy leafy area with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The room is very spacious with a big comfortable bed. Good to have a drinking water tap in the kitchen. Staff were friendly. The rooftop was handy.

The fridge was making very loud noises. Struggled to close one of the blinds, so got light very early.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had well appointed kitchenettes. The rooftop lounge was stunning and had a great view of the sunset!

Nothing! It was perfect for our stay

Great location, near restaurants all within walking distances. Large room, all rooms ending with 1 are the best ones, like 101, 201… 501 as they are the largest. Rooms are very clean, are made up every day

The Nespresso machine only works the first morning, then just kept on blinking, even after being replaced with another from another room. Gave up to ask for change after that. Need to remind the maid to provide large hand towels and bath mat, not consistent every day

The room was big and clean and tidy! Bathroom was great and the location couldn't be better. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be back!

Building and common areas are clean, well maintained and modern. Parking on site. Lobby staff and security are ok. Roof top is nice. Apartment is spacious. Location is excellent, walking distance from hundreds of restaurants, bars and coffe shops as well as food and clothing shops. Drinking water filter works fine.

The noise is incredibly high everywhere in the apartment. when the clubs and bars accross the street have loud music (Everynight except sundays) yo cand hear it in every room , even with doors and windows closed. Rooms need night stand or indirect night lights. Rooms lacks of decor. No GYM in the building. Kitchen has basic tools and utencils.
