The Tides by the Sea

Comfy bed, good shower, nice decorations, friendly Check-In staff, great view and with good restaurants next door. It is great to hear the ocean and feel the breeze through the window. Good value. We would definitely come back again.

The checkin staff made us feel welcome right away - with that beach-town charm. The room was cozy, comfortable, new decor & well maintained.I loved the little kitchenette. Even the ambient noise was fine, a nest of cute little birds outside our window & you could make out the noise of the waves when it was quiet at night. We had a small view of the ocean. The location was convenient to downtown & the beach - at the end of the promenade so not too busy either. I will come back for sure!

I love this place. Our room was a little dated but EXTREMELY clean. The bed was very very comfortable and the view is breathtaking!!!! We will be back and I was suggest Tides to everyone I know ❤️ Great experience and pleasantly surprised how much I adored Tides.

The room was decorated so cute! And the ceiling to floor windows were awesome to look out at the ocean. There was a cute box shelf in the room where everyone signed either a shell or sand dollar. People from all over what a neat idea! A short walk to the beach and not downtown where it was more busy. Loved that!

While this hotel is at the far end of the walk, it's clean and quiet and has all the feel of home. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, or just have a nice cup of coffee.

We were a little disappointed with this accommodation, especially given we paid a lot of money for the room. Positives We had a great view of the ocean Pool Large room Car parking Negatives Room is very dated and does have an awful musty smell Noisy you can hear everything, including the room above walking around and kids screaming Bedding is very cheap and itchy Would not stay here in the future.

We always stay at Tides by the Sea. It's great. Right on the beach and far enough away from the crowds. Our goal is to stay in every room moving forward and they have alot. Definitely want to check this place out if you don't like the busy/crowded areas.

We stayed at a cottage here for almost one week and it was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans. The bedrooms were small, but had closet space, so not a big deal. We had lots of windows, which we love! We had a close jaunt to the beach from our door, which was ideal. We loved walking the Promenade every day! Our place was cute, spacious and perfect for our family! The staff was friendly and helpful, too. We loved our stay here and would definitely go again!

Our extended family was in town for a wedding and we neded a place to house three generations of family. We found the perfect condo at Tides by the Sea. While not fancy, it fit everything we needed. We had a two bedroom, 1.5 bath unit with a super comfortable hide-a-bed in the living room. The units are not fancy. The show their age a bit but are very comfortable for a beach rental. The unit was very clean when we checked in. We could tell the housekeepers were getting a bit tired by the end of our stay. On day one, the upstairs bath was fully stocked and prepared. Day two, all the towels were left downstairs. Day three? Even the garbage can was left on the stairs instead of walked all the way up. This was very minor, and not a real problem but we did find it a little funny. The location is amazing. There is a well maintained path that take you to the beach in less than two minutes. You can clearly hear the waves from your room at night. It was amazing. We will be back!

Always a favorite for us. The Bed was too hard however. we didn't stay in our usual room the room was 154. Bed was really HARD. Also Room needs a few more pieces of silverware and such. View is spectacular. Beach is great. short walk to coffee shop and a nice little pub down the street.
