USNo AC, NO HEATERS
Nice property and staff. The major negative is that there is no heat or air conditioning. We had to ask for a portable heater for our winter stay. Concierge was excellent.
USSince before my arrival, I was in contact with the property management and they guided me all the time about how to get into the apartment. They also helped me find transportation from the airport.
We traveled in early January, so the weather was a little cold. There is no central heater, so it would have been nice to have a small heater in the apartment to be 100% comfortable. We had to ask for extra blankets.
