Lumina at Taman Condesa

My family of 3 stayed here for a long weekend. The property is immaculate, and very safe. We were provided with everything we needed. I used the gym, we spent some time on the rooftop, and we spent a fair amount of time in the room itself. La Condesa and many parts of Roma Norte were within walking distance. We felt safe walking that area, even in the evening. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The only con I can think of is that the building does not have air conditioning. They do provide fans. We were here in mid-may, and while not cold in the room, we were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep!

This is a beautiful, impeccably maintained building in a great location. Both the facilities and the staff are top notch.

Very nice apartment but be aware that there is no air conditioning and if you sleep with the windows open at night the street noise can be loud at times. The owner does provide nice stand up fans.

Clean, good arrangement, location.

The check in process was a little cumbersome. We had to wait for someone at the desk to arrive. But then, she didn’t really tell or show us anything that was critical to the stay.

Fantastic location, although close to busy road which can be noisy at night. Modern and comfortable building with security.

We have booked this property specifically because it offered free baby cot. We have requested it however upon arrival it wasn’t in the apartment and the staff wasn’t responding as it was after hours. It was very disappointing as we needed to figure something out last minute and we were very tired after long flight from Australia. Once requested again they offered the cot, but not a single apology.

amazing place to stay

Great stay at the apartment. Very well maintained and loved the space including the kitchen. There was a coffee machine and couple of pods ready for use. We did not cook but there were pots and pans, if needed. Location is awesome. You can walk up to a lot of nice places (parks, eateries etc in 1-2 miles radius), very walker friendly location. We also used the gym and the pool couple of time, well maintained. Overall, worked out very well for our trip to Mexico City for our family of 4.

Space. Balcony. TV channels. Kitchen accessories. Bedroom facilities, bedding. Separate shower rooms. Condominium facilities, pool, gym, rooftop garden. Location for restaurants, cafes and bars.

Noise level (ear plugs provided, but not enough). In between two roads, one a five lane main road.

It's a solid apartment. Not a 4 star hotel like listed in in Expediq. No daily cleaning. No room service. You have to go down to the entrance to pick up Uber Eats service. No AC. Other than that it's a solid apartment with security in a great location. The review is given because I was expecting more of a hotel experience like similar alternatives in the area for a similar price. It's not a 4 star hotel.
