Parking lot spaces are way too small, you have to be so Quiet,the kitchen trash can is too small, and they don’t give you Directions or have visible Trash cans Anywhere , and if you leave a trash bag outside the hallway, they won’t just get your attention! They will fine you with approximately $ 170.00 Dollars ( 3.000.00 pesos!) even if you’re taking or watching tv, they’ll your attention! So you have to almost whisper or else! owner tenants Drive like crazy and the parking lot is too narrow, and they don’t get a fine! That’s probably because they’re Locals, and you have Dollars! 🇺🇸

COThe apartment was comfortable and had a great location! Other perks include underground parking, gym, and play room. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a washer and dryer and hair dryer.
There was no drinking water available when we arrived and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service during the 5 nights we stayed.
Excelente opción para hospedarte. Las instalaciones súper bonitas, limpias, las camas muy cómodas, en general un departamento muy acogedor, que te hace sentir como en casa. Buena ubicación. El personal del edificio es muy amable. Y la persona que nos atendió por whatsapp, por unas dudas que teníamos, se portó muy amable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Lumina at Taman Condesa!

BRThe apartament is excelent located in Condessa with lots os restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kitchen with all apliances, including washer and dryer. Nesspresso machine and 4 coffes courtesy. Beds are extremely confortable. Towels are good size and thick. Bathrooms as Big, filled with soap, shampoo, etc.... It's my 3rd time at this place and I'll keep returning.
