Our room had A LOT of street and city noise, even on the 10th floor. It would have been nice to know that. There was a sign in the room that said ear plugs and white noise machine would be provided, but neither were. One of the sliding glass doors on our balcony didn't lock - that felt a bit unsafe in a big city. The concierge is only on WhatsApp and was not very responsive or action-oriented. Also, there is no place onsite to store luggage if your flight is late in the evening.
ESUSI loved absolutely everything : how smooth and easy was the check in, the modern unit, the extremely comfortable bed, the well equipped kitchen, the space, the fitness center, the warm lap pool and the location is amazing. Will definitely come back for my next visit.

This property WILL NOT hold your luggage until check-in at 4:00 pm. Their sister property in Roma Norte, a 15 min Uber from Taman, can hold your bags. This is not clearly stated in the listing. We had an early morning flight so had to store our luggage in Roma Norte and then shuttle it to Taman. Also our unit was not ready until 4:30! The front desk did offer us a late check-out to make up for the very late check-in which we greatly appreciated. Additionally the temp in the shower fluctuates constantly so it was impossible to get a hot shower.
NLUSThe apartment was lovely and the heated pool was great, lovely amenities. The neighborhood was also great.
There wasn't potable water in the apartment and no water bottles were provided until the second day. Also confusing, since there was a sign by the sink saying that there was filtered water. Although the children's room and pool were very nice, it didn't feel as if we were welcome to use them. Security checked on us regularly when we were in either.
