COLa ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, muy amplias y tienen todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa. Lastimosamente tuvimos un inconveniente, cerca de la media noche salimos del apartamento y el código de la puerta cambió, tuvimos que pasar la noche en otra sede de lumina. Realmente fue muy tedioso, nadie respondía los números que se nos dieron y en recepción no había ningún personal de lumina, solo los porteros de Taman que fueron muy poco colaboradores y serviciales. Nadie respondió hasta el día siguiente pero como compensación la empresa nos reembolsó la noche que no pudimos acceder al apartamento. El personal de Taman eran muy descortés, y pude notarlo que fue así incluso con otros inquilinos extranjeros que llegaban para las fechas a hospedarse allí.

USIt was a clean and nice property. Felt very safe with 24hr front desk security. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The property was in a very nice area. They offer a variety of amenities.

USAPARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS
No heating: During cold nights the room temperature was uncomfortably low. When I reported this, I was initially offered only a cotton blanket, which is inadequate for taking a shower (?) or sleeping in cold conditions. I was eventually provided a portable heater, but only after complaining. Excessive noise at night: Loud karaoke from the property or nearby repeatedly continued until 2:00–4:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Faulty gas alarm: The gas alarm sounded and stopped repeatedly with no apparent cause. This is alarming and disruptive; if it sounds in the middle of the night it is a safety and sleep issue. Inaccurate advertising: I was told the listing did not advertise heating. Regardless of the listing, a comfortable and safe sleeping environment is expected for the price I paid. These issues significantly affected my stay and I believe the accommodation did not meet reasonable standards.

GBDie Lage war ausgezeichnet, sehr sicher und auch die Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr stilvoll gehalten. Das Personal war äußert freundlich! Die Dachterasse und auch der Gym waren weitere Highlights.
Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn noch ein paar weitere warme Decken oder eine Heizung da gewesen wäre.

CHDie Wohnug war modern, sauber und gross. Es hat auch eine Waschmacschiene und Tumbler.
Es war etwas kalt und es hatte keine Heizung.
