Capitalia Palacio Polanco

The location is great, several restaurants, pharmacies and shopping center walking distance, the property is new. The manager was super kind enough to do a late checkout because my daughter was very sick that day, that was very nice of him.

The noise was extremely disturbing at all times, I was on the first floor, 1A, I was not able to sleep at all, I could hear the conversations of the people walking on the side walk, when the person on the second floor flush the toilet the noise was so loud that at first I thought something was happening to the ceiling, the garbage truck pass by between 4 and 5am and it is very loud, a lot of motorcycles drive through that street so expect loud noise, the sofa bed was comfortable but there was no sheets provided to put on top of the sofa bed so I had to take the one from the master bedroom. I bought ear plugs and they helped a lot, so if location is a priority to you this is the place because is great but I would recommend to buy ear plugs ahead of time.

I loved this hotel. It was small, but had everything we needed. The only bad park was lack of parking. There was a parking lot nearby, but not on campus.

El lugar está muy lindo , la ubicación perfecta , muy limpio , buenas sabanas y toallas , la atención del chico en recepción muy amable , faltó el agua pero de inmediato lo solucionaron.

The property is brand new, well designed, has water filter, coffee machine and air fryer. The beds were comfortable and had crispy clean sheets. It is located in beautiful Polanco. There are many excellent restaurants and city attractions nearby. City Market is s great store and it is walking distance from the apartment. There is even Costco nearby, 15-20 minutes walk. Farmacia San Pablo is a 10 minute walk away. We visited a theatre for a musical Anastasia which was a walking distance too.
