"Amazing and spacious Villa"

We had an amazing stay at Genesis Villas! The spacious two-story villa was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to shops, Rawai Park, and a non-swimming beach. The area is peaceful, and we loved the large pool for cooling off. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Genesis Villas highly recommended. Located just off the seafront in a private villa complex. Great facilities and a lovely pool shared by the small complex of villas. The villa manager (Alexis) was so friendly and helpful.

"A lovely big spacious property near to Rawai beach."

Lovely big and spacious and over 3 storeys. Plenty of room and storage. Lovely roof top terrace. Cleaned twice a week. Air con kept the villa lovely and cool. Plenty of cooking facilities. Even has a washing machine outside. Felt very safe as it is a gated property.

Beds were hard. Hot tub didn’t stay clean and some broken tiles around it. Really could do with some cushions for sun beds and outdoor seating. Lamps by the bed would be good
