The property is located near Rawai Beach, though swimming is not allowed there. For swimming, you’ll need to visit nearby beaches, with Nai Harn Beach being the closest, around 10-minute taxi ride. The property is clean and well-maintained, meeting all basic necessities.

It lacks attention to detail and coziness. For example, toiletries were missing in the bathroom, and the house had many empty wardrobes and shelves. Adding a few books, dustbin bags, decorative items, carpets, and higher-quality kitchen utensils could significantly enhance the comfort and warmth of the stay. The master bedroom has a small capacity air conditioner but the room size is big, it takes too much time to cool the room. Additionally, the property requires a 10,000 Baht security deposit, and guests must arrange their own drinking water.

We stayed as a family of the 3 at the villa for 11 days and we’re all very satisfied. Very clean secure Villa with pool and air conditioning throughout plus all necessary kitchen amenities and staff cleans up twice a week. The villa is close to supermarkets restaurants etc. We highly recommend this property to anyone who are going to Rawai

Host was really great, Service perfect, Cleaning perfect. Great house, well furnished and nice swimming pool. No wonder they are scoring high. Would love to be back. Very fair 10 out of 10!

Great value for money

A very spacious 3 bedroom villa. Kids loved the pool. The location was fantastic, close enough to everything without the late night noise
