The Oasis

I was upgraded to the Neptune and the view of the ocean from my windows was breathtaking!

The continental breakfast could have been better.

This property does not exist! The address as listed is not there! This caused much distress! Hollywood Beach Hotels honoured the reservation and placed us in a place called Casa de Pelligrino which they also own. Very misleading information on booking.com. This needs to be investigated!

Obviously that it didn’t exist

I booked with my friends two rooms (paid for both of us). When I came to the place at 4.00 PM-rooms was occupied with other peoples looks like homeless peoples. We looked around for office for more then one hour- and did not find any. And finely we take the rooms from other hotel. So please refund us our full amount of $248.34, because we did not use our stay. I very often using booking.com. This is first time when I meet such a big trouble. I have some pictures which is confirm my presence in this place Regards Lazar Davydov

It was acceptable

I was given a different property, not the Oasis as was booked. The “Seaside “ was acceptable except renovations were going on, there was construction debris all over the property. If my stay was not so brief I would of said something to the staff, however I spent more time off the property than on.
