Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem, kleinen und nicht einsehbaren Außenpool. Trotz Fullmoonparty, sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Resort mit großem Außenpoolbereich. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Nächstes Mal werden wir sicher ein paar Tage länger bleiben.

The pool and the staff

If you are assigned a room facing the street, be prepared for a very poor experience. The balcony doors are not properly sealed, so a significant amount of street noise comes into the room throughout the day and night. In addition, the curtains do not fully cover the windows, which means that a large amount of sunlight enters the room early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The room itself was not as clean as it should have been, and the towels were below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower was also very frustrating to use because the water temperature was impossible to regulate. One moment the water would be cold, and the next it would become extremely hot. The room doors provide virtually no sound insulation. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, and people in the hallway can likely hear what is happening inside the room as well. There is essentially no privacy. Overall, this hotel falls well short of the standards I would expect from a 4-star property, particularly in terms of comfort, noise insulation, and overall guest experience.
