We are currently on our honeymoon and have been traveling around Thailand for the past two months. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience of our entire trip, despite being the most expensive hotel we stayed at. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to extend our stay by one night. Upon check-in, we discovered that we had to change rooms for the second night and were given a twin room with the beds simply pushed together. Not exactly what you would expect for a honeymoon. On top of that, the bathroom drainage barely worked, leaving the floor flooded and slippery, the refrigerator hardly cooled anything, the TVs in both rooms were not working, we found stains — including blood stains — on the bed sheets, and only one key card was provided for the room. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of customer care. Despite reporting all these issues to the front desk, we received no meaningful assistance, no apology, and no commercial gesture whatsoever. This hotel feels like a soulless tourist factory rather than a luxury resort. After spending more than €300 for two nights, we genuinely felt ripped off. A huge disappointment, and certainly not an experience worthy of the price charged.

This hotel is a soulless tourist factory, not a luxury resort. After spending over €300 for two nights, we left feeling completely ripped off. A terrible experience and a huge disappointment. We were genuinely relieved to leave.

As soon as we arrived here we were greeted with welcome drinks and a cool towel! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Everywhere around the hotel is kept spotless and the staff work so hard to maintain everything. We were truly blown away by how hard they work each day. We would definitely recommend to stay here. You can rent a moped through the hotel and book various excursions. If you are coming for the full moon party it is in the perfect location
