Bellerive Lifestyle Hotel

Cosy and beautiful hotel. Our room was convenient and quite spacious. Parking, nice pool. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Location beautiful, 10 mins walk to the town centre. Staff extremely nice and helpful. All the premises were spotless clean at all times. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Even though breakfast was great, a small thing - omelettes come at a surcharge.

The hotel is located next to lake Garda directly, on site parking, family friendly and the staff are all well mannered and respectful. High quality bathroom supplies from a well known fragrance brand. The view from the balcony is just sunning.

Hard to find the entrance even with a GPS for the first time! Bathroom storing area for hanging toiletry bags is lacking. The parking area is small compared to guests in the property, when I arrived there there was not a single spot available and had to park at the entrance (check in clerk advised me to do so).

I chose this hotel for a two-night stay at Lake Garda. While the hotel is in a good location and generally pleasant, it does not reflect the experience and vibes one would expect from a five-star property, especially if you’re seeking a luxury getaway.

Unfortunately, the service we received did not match the price we paid. I also would stress that one of the receptionists, in particular, was noticeably unwelcoming—so much so that it felt almost personal against our race, which significantly impacted my overall experience of the hotel and left me feeling disappointed. In two different situations she make a big fuss and let me feel embarrassed ( i ask for extra water to the room in a five star hotel !!) That said, I did encounter some kind and professional staff members who helped balance the experience.

Emplacement top. Certainement un des meilleurs emplacement autour du lac de garde. Hôtel très charmant, raffiné et propre. Décoration élégante.

Chambres un peu petites avec peu de rangement. Pour 2/3 nuits suffisant mais pas davantage.
