Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and overall a very enjoyable and comfortable experience

Location was excellent with wonderful views of the lake.

On the positive side, the staff are kind and do their best, but the hotel itself needs a full renovation and is overpriced compared to the competition and the quality offered.

The location is good, but the hotel is old and only partially renovated. The price-to-quality ratio is rather poor. I originally wanted to book directly, but communication with the hotel took too long, so I ended up reserving via Booking. I chose this property because of its location and the pool, since I was traveling with children. Unfortunately, even in summer with 30°C outside, the pool was so cold that I didn’t see a single person using it during our stay. This was very disappointing, as the kids were really looking forward to it. Another issue – I was not informed about the pet fee either when requesting the offer or during booking. At check-out, I was shocked to be charged €60 per night for a small dog (2 kg). I have never seen such a rate in a 5-star hotel – normally it’s around €20, which is reasonable.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, zentral trotzdem ruhig. Es hat Privatparkplätze. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell.

Lovely hotel. Staff are excellent and facilities fabulous. Nice room. Only one thing could be a little better and that’s the breakfast choice for people with allergies. If you want something like avocado on toast you have to pay extra. There’s some options but not many as you’d expect for 5*. We needed up bringing mainly our own food to breakfast for the dairy allergy. Just some feedback, thats all. The hotel is excellent
