Air condition was not working in my room, I called reception many times to solve the problem they was slow to respond and downgraded me from suite to single room after two hours from chasing them. Customer services reactive not proactive. I asked the receptionist to get me a reservation in a private beach and after 4 hours I chase him to get update, he told me the beach is full, when I called the beach by myself the told me it is available ( receptionist was lying to me).

We had the most wonderful time at the Capitolo Riviera. We came for my birthday and were offered a room upgrade with view of the ocean and a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a little chocolate birthday cake. Every member of their staff was extremely welcoming, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Simone, the concierge, and his colleagues at the reception were incredible. Simone went even so far as to settle a parking ticket for us so we did not have to deal with it. The hotel facilities were all beautiful - the gym, the wellness center, the terrace and garden. Breakfast was delicious. We did not have dinner at the hotel so we cannot comment on that but we are quite sure that the food is delicious. The hotel is positioned in a beautiful street of Genoa Nervi and close to the local train station which offers an easy connection to Genoa for a day trip.

We liked everything! The room are not super spacious but large enough to feel comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared ingredients. All service was prompt and helpful. The Hotel was in a quiet location and was ideal for all our needs. The 'Capitolo' gave us great access to wherever we wanted to go ... the local train station being a mere 5 minutes from the hotel, along with the seaside promenade and the local shops. As for the staff.....during our stay they were really welcoming and helpful, with NOTHING being too much for them to see to. Although not wanting to single out any one single member of staff, particular thanks and appreciation go to Concierge, Simone, along with Federica Bisiganao, Front Office Manager.

Honestly.....we couldn't fault the Capitolo Riviera !

Ein echter Geheimtipp – wir kommen wieder! Das Hotel Capitolo Riviera hat uns total begeistert. Schon beim Reinkommen fällt einem das stylishe, moderne Design auf – super durchdacht, gemütlich und trotzdem total cool. Man merkt einfach, dass hier jemand mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet hat. Das Team war mega freundlich, von Anfang bis Ende. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, fast wie bei Freunden. Essen? Top. Große Auswahl, alles frisch und richtig lecker. Und dann die Bar… wow! Richtig gute Drinks, aber unser Favorit war ganz klar der Amaretto Sour. Den werden wir wirklich vermissen – wir reden jetzt noch davon!
