Sehr gute Lage im gepflegten Stadtteil Nervi, sehr ruhig - wer erwartet, in Genua vom Gezwitscher der Vögel geweckt zu werden? Schöne Gärten und ein großer Park im Umfeld, das Hotel und die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt, sehr engagierte Mitarbeitende, sehr freundlicher Empfang, insbesondere auch unseres Hundes, für den wegen der Größe nachgefragt und dann ein ausreichend großes Kissen nebst Näpfen und Futter zur Verfügung gestellt wurde - prima, uns hat's gefallen :-) - Parkservice war auch sehr angenehm, wir finden den Preis angemessen - Mille Grazie

The staff were exceptionally invested in our stay. The hotel owner introduced himself and was very aware of who we were and how we were experiencing the hotel.

The facilities are over the top. The restaurant chef is extremely sophisticated. I think we will hear a lot about him in the future.

Новый отель. Великолепный сервис и обслуживание. Всегда предложат воду и сами припарковали нашу машину в подземный паркинг. Чистые и самое главное стильные номера. Достался номер с балконом. Сауна с бассейном - фантастика и очень удобно. Обязательно остановлюсь там еще раз. Реальный отзыв. Оставались на один день, но можно было еще остаться точно.
