The property was well kept. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a good place to stay.
We have no complaints about this Oak ridge at all, it was clean, comfy and the sheets were so soft! The only real thing that needed help was the elevator was out of service. The only thing I could think would make this place better is bigger coffee setup and/or a Continental breakfast. Everything was clean and cozy, loved the games on the second floor. VERY nice touch!
They need to do a little update in the rooms. But no bugs & staff was friendly they called to see if we needed anything. Would stay again
Affordable no frills. it was clean
This stay was completely disappointing. Our plan for this trip was to relax by the pool, with no schedule to keep. The pool was not in operation during our whole stay. I checked first to make sure there was a working pool. I was told there is a working pool, but when we arrived after two days of hot and tiring travel ready to hit the water we were told the pool wasn't working. Ruined the plan for our whole trip. Also, there were no USB outlets in the room to charge phones/electronics. I can't even remember going to a hotel or condo without USB outlets. And the hallways weren't vacuumed. There was always bits of trash in the hallways.
