This stay was upsetting and not what was expected. On the website we booked a “comfort studio, double beds, pool view”. The photos that went along with the room included a kitchen. After verifying on the website we believed we were getting a studio with a kitchen which was the reason we booked this hotel. When we checked in we got a double room with no kitchen or pool view. The toilet also had toilet paper in it and the room had a bad smell. When we went down to the front desk we were informed they changed the wording for room styles and not all studios were given a kitchen, and when we asked why the room was not just called a regular room with double beds, they had no answer. We also asked about the pool view and they said they had given away all pool view rooms. We asked for either a new room or money off because we were not given what was expected and the room was dirty, and we were told no for both. We are active travelers and this has been the most disappointing hotel stay. We ended up leaving to stay at a different hotel which was a much better experience. The next time we are in Branson we will avoid this place and tell all of our friends and family to not book here.
Didnt get room I asked for. People not staying in motel was swimming in the pool so we never got to use due to over crowded. Kids stated they wasnt staying in a room just there to swim. By the 3rd night my boyfriend was getting ate up by something in the bed. When we first checked in there was white powder piles on the end tables. Now we believe it was some kind bug poison.
Not a bad place to stay but not anything to write home about. Pretty average and pretty outdated.
I liked that it wasn’t huge. The pool was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Constant text to check in gove i fo before arrival to make things smooth. However they didnt mention im on erd floor my wife jas restrictions and didnt mention the elevator was out. Room was ok but the dressir at end of bed had what was obviously human protein shot onto the drawers as if someone stayed there watching the tv on the edge of the bed. My wife had to use stairs and took toll on our trip. They also want to put hundred dollar jold on your visa for deposit and you wonder if they will charge you for someones stains dried on furniture.
Great hotel. Loved the outdoor pool. The staff was genuine and very kind. The rooms very clean Having a microwave and a mini frig. The bathroom very clean. I will definitely return!
Quiet and very clean. Front desk friendly and professional. On arrival, lady introduced herself by name. Explained locations of all facilities.

The hotel was clean when we arrived. The halls did not show that that had been cleaned on any of the 4 days we were there. They were out of soap when we arrived, with no offer to fix the shortage, only the truck would be in tomorrow. We had to go to the desk to get the soap, which should have been delivered. They do not advertise that they do not clean the rooms. Only when you check out. Bring your dirty linen to the front desk to get clean ones.
