Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences

The views were breath taking. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind, convenient location to down town.

The food wasn’t the best, we did the all inclusive and was def worth it, as the food options were overpriced, but not the best. The property is very large, you either have to walk or catch a golf cart.

1- Perfect location overlooking the ocean, interior decoration tastefully showcasing Mexican colours & style against classical wooden furniture. 2- Adults only pool section had the most stunning view out towards the coastline, incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves crashing 4- We ate at the Italian pizza place and appreciated the gorgeous view again. 5 - Staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. 6 - Room with ocean view is a must, was the center piece of our stay with balcony overlooking the Pacific with view towards Cabo

Only things we didn’t appreciate was 1) no free water in rooms and charged 7 USD for a bottle out of the fridge (note, no information in room about drinks cost so was only a nice ‘surprise’ on check out), scandalous given that other “cheaper hotels” we stayed in across southern Baja always provided clean drinking water. It is penny pinching in the wrong area 2) layout of hotel and heat in June means you rely of golf caddies to move around, considering that it is a necessity I don’t think guests should be obligated to tip every single ride.

This hotel is so beautiful. I enjoyed my stay here. it was very clean, the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. They have lot of restaurants to chose from, different types of foods and very delicious. The pools were so nice, they have one for only adults and the other one for everyone. the resort had amazing views. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely come back to this hotel.

I really liked the breakfast, the location was good.

It was kept clean and the flowers were beautiful!

my only complaint is the food was bland. No flavor at all, but other than that it was wonderful.
