Has everything you need for a Hawaii hotel without being at a resort. We stayed here during our trip to get married and it felt “fancy” enough to make this a memorable stay that we enjoyed.
Parking was super slick! We always found a nice spot under the hotel.
Bed was pretty hard but we still slept fine.

The location was good. The staff was very friendly. It was right on the ocean with a beautiful view. The building itself is a little older. Our room was facing the ocean. Our condo did feel a little dated and was musty. We did have new kitchen appliances, but the rest of the condo could use some updating. The carpet was a turn off. Even though we had an uneventful stay, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I prefer something a bit more updated and without that musty smell

Great local and amazing views. Honestly this is the best thing about the hotel. The room size is large and can fit many guests.
The property is generally very dated and needs a refresh. I think it has been around since 1980s with limited upgrades. The utilities is completed though with all the fridges, oven, stoves, all set, but all are very old. But the room comes with carpet and it has a soft damp smell throughout.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was comfortable and loved the sandy area under the palms. Very quiet and covered parking.
I wish there had been more dining options to walk to. A better selection of snacks and some drinks on site would have been nice.

Die Beach Front Unterkunft ist Spitze. Die Wellen singen das Schlaflied. Das Zentrum von Kailua Kona ist schnell erreichbar.
Die Schiebetür könnte eine Reparatur gebrauchen. Etwas instabil insbesondre das Fliegengitter. Auch könnten einige Pfannen ausgetauscht werden. Sonst alles ok.
