fantastic location

The view is outstanding ;very quiet ;easy access to the beach to the pier ;great restaurants,- small cottage but very efficient. Very, very clean. Just a recommendation to the owner -the move the refrigerator hinges to the opposite side u have to be careful. You can hit your head on the cabinet above.!

I loved being so close to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs unit really late into the night which was annoying. Would stay again in a different unit.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The inside was very clean & lovely. We had a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Villas. The view, the accommodations, the 1:1 communication via text was prompt and helpful. We could get in the water if we wished because it wasn’t contaminated. Parking was designated and free. Location was amazing. The pier nearby was great.

The location was nice. It was a bit colder than we would have figured and there was only a space heater. The bedroom could use more electric outlets. There was some neighboring construction going one that is going to make the area nicer than it already is. We enjoyed the area and the location overall

We stayed in Unit 6. Positives: the location is terrific, across the street from the ocean. It is a breakwater so no beach access, but a short walk to access. It's in close proximity to downtown - a lot of restaurants and bars, Thursday Night Market, and a movie theater. We used the car only once. Not so good parts: It's very small and very efficient. The kitchen has the basics - with 2 very scratched Teflon frying pans. Not safe to use. A dishrack would be helpful. There wasn't a tissue box. We learned at checkout that the laundry room has a number of supplies. Wished we had known sooner. (A plus was that coffee, sugar and creamer was provided along with a coffeemaker). The unit has a plugin electric heater, but with only one dedicated outlet. It was difficult to heat up the bedroom. There was only one outlet in the bedroom used by the bed lamps. There was an extension cord with one outlet available. Unit 6 doesn't have a dedicated parking space and GPS takes you to the Strand entrance, but street parking is on Park St. Very confusing. A parking pass is provided. We hope they update the Unit 6 info provided for check-in. The sofa bed was terrible. We reported at the end of our visit as we didn't think there was anything that could be done. The frame had a broken off support bar at the top, and took a lot of modifications on our part to make it useable. It was our bad that we didn't report things sooner.

Location is the best. We are able to walk every where and the beach is steps away!

Location cannot be beat. Right at the ocean. Staff is fantastic and very responsive to questions. They also give very good suggestions for entertainment and dining around the property. Very welcoming.

The only thing that is an issue with number 5 is the neighbors above. You can hear everything . In our particular case they could not sleep and were walking around the entire night. As a result,we could not sleep. Try to avoid this one when booking. On the other hand who walks around the entire freaking night.
