Pacific Villas

This is an amazing property with a spectacular view of the ocean. It sits directly across the street from the beach which actually disappears during high tide and the waves crash against the break right in front of the property! Sleep with the windows open and hear the waves all night, it’s awesome! The condo is small but very comfortable and clean. Walking distance from all the shops, bars and restaurants in the downtown area. The street in front is popular for biking, walking, running and low speed cruising. From the deck you can see ocean for miles. I definitely recommend this property for an authentic Oceanside stay!

It was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and ebike rentals. Just what we needed. We even saw a few pods of dolphins from our balcony. We will be coming back.

I don’t have any complaints but it could use some updated wine glasses.

Location, location, location! Right on the strand! Room was older but quaint and clean! Well appointed with all amenities, kitchen and all. Perfect morning, sitting on the deck with a coffee watching the waves and the surfers!

This is a small, but perfect place for us. We will be back!

LOCATION!!! Walk to the beach, pier and downtown easily. Very clean, well equipped (kitchen, etc). Easy self check in instructions. Fairly good view of the ocean from Unit 6. Permitted street parking with Unit 6 was issue free, although may be a bit more difficult getting a space in high season. (Units 1-5 have on site parking)

The bed was a bit soft for me, could use a light in the closet. Like every accommodation I have ever stayed in, inadequate bathroom lighting. An extra shelf in the bathroom would also be nice, limited counter space for 2 people and our toiletries. I was a bit disappointed to find a non-Weber grill under the Weber grill cover, but I didn't use it, so not a big deal. I'm a Weber fanatic BTW, if you know, you know.

Location location location!

The beautiful ocean views. Had issues but they did get back with us. My husband is a plumbing contractor and he fixed the plumbing issues. With the issues I would still stay here again.

The floors were really dirty. Dust was thick on everything. Kitchen was clean.
