Staff ...Excellent. Metro very close and 3 stops into the city .Good security. Two bathrooms .

The air con unit in the bedroom was extremely noisy . We couldn't use it

The lady on the front desk couldn't have been more attentive. Room was clean and tidy. Decent location. Good price.

A/C was a little noisy

Very friendly staff. Clean modern rooms, equipped with the essentials you need. Complimentary breakfast trolley was a nice touch. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Not too far to walk into downtown about 40 mins.

Great New hotel with great value for money with great small bars and cafes and bar food just across the way. Plenty of free parking at the side of the hotel and the most bizarre yet amazing communal kitchen area near front door with a fantastic amount of panflets on local attractions and things to do. Everyday we had fresh towels and on the 3rd day fresh sheets. Minimalist design but still had a couple hangers and a safe with small robes and slippers to use. The staff were always welcoming and gave us a complimentary gift of a breakfast basket for our first morning of the stay. We had the sports room, room 3 which had lots of pride for Houston teams which we really liked. The pillows were great and soft there was power outlets at the top of the bed aswell as usb power in the writing desk. The TV was a great size and we had a ceiling fan aswell as an AC unit. The bathroom is well stocked with big hand pump shower gel and shampoo, there was even a towel/robe warmer, great size vanity and sink with mirror, the shower was nice and warm with good pressure.

The bed is really high and the frame was past it's best as slats have been replaced and some still missing. As the bed is so high and there is no headboard it's not so comfortable as the pillows slide back and hit the power and light switches. With the AC being of an age, it was floorstanding and vents were almost level with the mattress which almost left one of frozen and the other too warm. There isn't a door or screen to the shower so water got everywhere! The complementary breakfast basket we didn't actually use as it was two porridge pots two small tangerines and 1 breakfast bar however someone else will probably really appreciate this. Also there were take out coffee cups to brew someone coffee at kitchen.

Style vom Hotel war wirklich toll, kleines Frühstück im Weidenkorb und der Weg zum Astros Stadion nur eine Haltestelle entfernt.

Nut Kleinigkeiten. Wenig Steckdosen/Lichteinstellung im Zimmer, Vorhänge über der Klimaanlage machen nicht viel Sinn.
