Great location, friendly staff, clean

Everything was almost perfect, except for the midnight train that pass close by.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, big kitchen and sitting area. Deirdre was absolutely wonderful. Would be nice if one day there's a breakfast/dining area too!

A beautiful hotel with lots of shared space. Might have been better for rooms to be a little larger and common area to be smaller

Jasmine checked us in and she is the most personable person I’ve ever met - she was so welcoming and kind. There was some trouble with a fire alarm going off all day outside our room (which she spent the day fixing) but made sure to give us her personal number to contact her in case of any issues (which there weren’t). The room was lovely and it was great to have access to all the shared facilities without feeling like we were in a hostel space - it felt very up market!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor is breathtaking. The hotel itself is immaculately clean. The outside of the hotel does not look like a hotel. Do not let that fool you. This place is a luxury. It also has a full kitchen that is huge and is for all guests to share. I loved that even the front door to the actual hotel and the gate have to have pin access to be able to open, so secure.

Our room was small, like very small, but it was gorgeous. We had the safari room.
