Jeju Bolton Hotel

- Convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, including self checkout convenience on ground floor and GS25 across the road - Good size room which is relatively clean and new - Free car parking for guests, though it has a parking lift system so you should factor 10-15mins each time you want to collect your car

-As its a brand new hotel, there were certain facilities still being built/ under renovation and non accessible - Would have been good to have a coin laundry service and gym (perhaps these are still under renovation) - They have strict 11am check out and late check out is available at a cost

The light in the room. 1 of them doesnt turn off. Besides that excellent location and site

The housekeeping was excellent. The staff were friendly.

Very handy location in central jeju, with good access to main bus routes to and from Jeju intetnational airport. Also plenty of restaurants which should cover most preferences.

Other facilies such as roof top area and pool were still under construction.

Location is convenient, easy access to eateries and shopping.

The tatami room is very inconvenient to elderly plus it's facing the toilet and with lights one can see thru the toilet bowl. It feels embarrassing especially if you're sharing a room with a friend. Suggest you have a blind to cover the toilet door.

They gave me a corner room which was quiet. Other than that, I don't have much to say good things about it.

I was not happy at the Bolton hotel! The safe box wasn't secured to the wall and they have rejected my request to change the checkout date. Due to my traveling schedule change, I have requested to change on the day I checked in, but they flatly denied because it wasn't an emergency? What a lame excuse they gave me! I will never go back to the Bolton hotel! They are looking out for the bottom line and not the customers unfortunate situation!

Excellent breakfast choices. Nearby cafes and restaurants.
