Jeju Bolton Hotel

A decent hotel with a good location and friendly staff, but there are some aspects that can be improved. For one, we asked for housekeeping in the morning when we stepped out for the day, along with a request for extra pillows. We returned to a room that was untouched and it was too late for housekeeping to be done by then, but we appreciate the staff for trying his best by passing us fresh towels and pillows. The toilet doors also could not close properly, which was quite odd for a new hotel.

Very limited parking. Aircon not working properly.

Good location. Central of everything. Efficient in check in and automated parking and collection of car.

+Central location (for shopping, eating and bus tours). +Staff was great and helpful. +Close to and with easy, short access to and fro the airport.

-Hard lumpy (string structure?) mattress that gave a side-sleeper a dead arm after sleep. Remarks (neutral): The area seems to be a bit of a Chinese center for the island. While there seems to be a selection of bus tours available, the location is not ideal in case you want to walk around and see "the good spots" ("proper" sights, beach). Unless you consider shopping places and restaurants as the good spots.
