Outstanding hotel in a wonderful area. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here for 6 nights and will be back again. 10/10 stay.

Location is top notch in Roma Norte. Room is good, with great bed and great shower also. Quite loud in the room on a Saturday night, but once the restaurant below closed at midnight it quickly quietened down, and absolutely no noise (other than standard road noise) on Sunday. Worth noting the hotel does not have a proper reception - the reception is a desk next to the restaurant Babero, and the hotel shares its lift with the public going up to Margot. No problems with this for us but it means there is not always a concierge to speak to, at night there is only a security guard.

Great all around -location, staff, room, restaurants & bar!!! Note that not all rooms have air conditioning. Not a problem in January, but would be most other times of the year. A bit noisy at night, from the bar music. Which didn’t bother me as I was out late. Lighting in the bathroom could be a lot better (hard to put on makeup) and the rainfall shower although pleasant, isn’t very good for getting shampoo out of long, curly hair (more pressure is a must). Very comfortable beds & bedding, well appointed rooms, mini fridge and Nespresso machine in suite! Staff were friendly and helpful, Nancy in particular. Would recommend staying here.👍👍👍

Nice hotel. Central and good location. I quickly realised that the ear plugs provided in the room is not a service but a necessity. I was in a room just upstairs from the ground floor restaurant, and the music meant that it was close to impossible to sleep.

Got this room for my parent who told me they really enjoyed the room, service, and had no complaints. Location was great and it has a restaurant both on its rooftop and downstairs.

Loud and busy area, beautiful hotel

Perfekt läge, stort rymligt rum med trevlig inredning och alla nödvändiga tillbehör. Vi blev väl omhändertagna trots att vi anlände mitt i natten. Stor bekväm säng och rummet bjöd in till att tillbringa några extra minuter mellan aktiviteter i staden.

I had a fantastic stay! My room was so stylish and comfortable and the hotel's location is extremely convenient. Additionally, all the staff I interacted with were so lovely and helpful especially Nancy. Thank you Nancy!

If you like noise then this is your place. I booked 2 rooms months in advance. When we arrived they asked us who wants to be on the 1st floor and who wands to be on the 3rd. Never did it occur to them to honor our original request of rooms on the same floor. The first floor room is directly above a restaurant. You will hear music and loud talking all night long. if you don't want sleep, then this is your spot. The do provide you with complimentary earplugs. just absolutely the worst experience ever.

I love this hotel, Ive decided to stay twice here and I would definitely stay again. Super comfortable and beautiful
