Fernanda and the rest of the staff were attentive, personable, and provided great recommendations in the area. The location of this hotel is superb! Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. We did a lot of walking throughout Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods, but Uber was also our friend when we wanted to explore Chapultepec park and Centro Histórico. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which we could hear from our room at night, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was very clean and had newer finishes and fixtures. The staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Front desk was so nice and helpful. Great location, felt safe. Near cool neighborhood and restaurants. Would stay again.

Excelente servicio

My fiancé and I came here for a quick weekend, and we will definitely be back. Fernanda, the main hostess, was incredibly accommodating and our room was beautiful and clean. Although in a busy area with lots of restaurants and bars, we never felt like it was too noisy in the room. We felt safe walking, biking, and using the bus around town. Highly recommend!

Lækkert værelse, småt men fint. Super god bruser! Man skulle lige finde ud af systemet med at komme ind gennem elevatoren, men det fungerede. Ligger oven på en travl restaurant, men er godt lydisoleret så der var ikke et problem. Fantastisk trygt og roligt område!

El lugar es muy bonito a pesar de ser habitaciones pequeñas son muy cómodas y lindas, aunado de que está en una de las mejores zonas con diversos establecimientos y lugares para visitar

Loved the property, newly remodled, very clean, very comfortable, great location to museums and restaurants. Staff very friendly and super easy checkin. Only downside was room sitting right next to a nightcub, it was super noisy. Bring good ear plugs or you'll not get any sleep. Luckily, I had some. I think you'll experience this anywhere in centro.
