Everything fine and clean, delicious breakfast!!

Exactly as the title says, Casa Wynwood is amazing! The building is absolutely beautiful, with amazing artwork and architecture throughout. The room itself is one of the coolest we've stayed in. Very chic interiors, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. The communication from the host, Valeria, was excellent. And the location is the best, right in the heart of Roma Norte. Our stay was brief but we wish it was longer. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough and would love to stay again.

good location

no AC in bedroom, mold in shower

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was nice and spacious and in a gorgeous building, right in the heart of Roma. The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly, we were able to use the gym equipment downstairs and also made use of the public spaces. The hotel is on the pricier side, but if you're looking for a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing hotel in one of the nicest parts of CDMX, this is it!

The check-in process could've been better. The staff wouldn't share how to get into the property until I had uploaded a picture of my passport to ensure the payment. However, I had already paid in full for the hotel two weeks before my arrival so didn't deem this necessary (plus, an unnecessary cyber security risk). This meant that I had to upload this document after arriving at the airport on public wifi, wait for their check-in instructions (which weren't sent before getting into my taxi) and then turn on my data when we were in front of the hotel to get the code, costing me extra money. They could've seen that I already paid weeks in advance and just sent the check-in instructions. Unnecessary communication and hassle. Also, the lighting in the room could've been better – there was only one lamp by the bed and to access the on/off button, I'd have to move the bedside table every time.

Location, building, decor, Casa Wynwood is dreamy!

Other people can see through the windows at night unless you pull the blinds, no air con and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Also only one robe despite the booking being for two guests.

The apartment was amazingly appointed. The outside space was like another living room. Amazing> The common areas on the property were stunning. I also loved the availability of a kitchen, for a quick breakfast. One of the nicest, if not the nicest apartment/hotels I have stayed in the over 45 countries I have visited.

That I had to go back home

It was a stunning building, beautiful room, and the staff was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.

It was very hot on the top floor - no AC. We opened windows and used fans to move the air around but the unit could benefit from a small portable AC unit.
