Beachfront Grand Venetian condo

One of the pools was under maintenance as we had to communication on that prior to arriving at the property.

Unos dias en completa comodidad, totalmente equipado para satisfscer la cómoda estancia. Hermosa y moderna decoración. Impecable limpieza, mantenimiento al 100$ en todo el edificio y al interior del departamento. Pasamos unos dias muy agradables. Volveremos pronto sin duda.

The location was excellent. The only downside is was next to the river and we couldn’t swim in there, but we walked until we will be able to swim. Everything was perfect. We had an excellent vacation.

We really enjoyed the property but there was no hot water the whole time we were there fortunately it was hot so we didn’t mind too much. We loved that the pool didn’t close until 11pm it was nice night swimming.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and spotless. Comfortable beds and great AC. Wonderful views, from either balcony. 3, soon to be 4 pools with ample sun beds. Very friendly staff. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.

Great condo unit! But… see below.

VERY loud music from nearby club. So loud you could hear it in the condo with the windows closed. Played all afternoon and late in the evening. Not enjoyable. Would not recommend renting anything in Tower 3.

The location was great! The restaurant at the Grand Venetian had good food and great service. We definitely had a wonderful view from our condo.

The price of the condo for a week was very pricey There are alot of lights that didn't work the air-conditioning unit was super loud, and leak from the ceiling terribly, causing us to not be able to make use of the bathroom .
