The staff very kind , they help out very fast with 2 problems i had , the unit i got did not had air conditioning or heater, thank God it was pretty cold days so they loan a heater , I bought a mini one to solve the problem but obviously when temperature rise during the day the air conditioning is need it . Everything else was accurate with description

Excellent location, secure building, spacious, modern-looking unit with good furniture and beds. Overall great spot for families and great value!

No luggage storage, check-in is confusing as the front desk has no idea about Capitalia and you need to watch for messages with instructions. Also minor issues like - unpleasant smell from the kitchen pantry, missing dishwasher pods, etc.
