There was nothing i did not like

The location of the Apartments is ideal. Right in the heart of everything.

There was no air conditioning in the unit. The temperatures were 90° f or above during the day.

We were on the 16th floor of an apartment building with great views of the city. The apartment is of modern design and is well stocked with essentials: bedding, flatware, appliances. Some previous guests were nice enough to leave their streaming accounts logged in on the smart TV. The building is secured with 24 guards, key-cards to unlock the elevator, and a 6-digit door code at the apartment. The apartment has a Yale 89088 safe which is quite roomy. The door is just large enough to fit a monster 19 inch laptop.

Capitalia sends a lot of emails, and buried in all that text are things like the apartment number, instructions to get in the building, the door code, A Whats app help-line, etc. All of this is sent maybe the day before you arrival, so you need to make sure you have mobile data working before you get to the building. The building is not owned by Capitalia and there are no Capitalia staff on-site. The door guards will want to know what apartment you are visiting so they can take you to the door. (the elevator does not work without a pass card which is locked inside the apartment.) The first door code I received did not work, but once at the door I was able to connect to the apartment WiFi and ask for help on Whats App. Capitalia was very quick in sending me a new code to get the door open. The refrigerator was plugged with ice and needed to be defrosted before it would get cold. The safe needed a change of batteries before it would lock.

A/C doesnt work, cabinet drawers are broken, smells like raw sewer in laundry room. Floor is damaged

This place was amazing. The apartment was incredible. Truly made me feel like it was my home. it was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was super comfortable. Two bathroom was extremely convenient. My friend and I did t have to wait for each other when getting ready for our night out. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

The property had an absolutely beautiful view. No matter where you were you had a clear view of the city. The only issue we had, after a long flight we arrived to the property and the front desk did not have our reservation on file, we had to call multiple times long distance to get this issue resolved.
