Nice room. Very spacious.

No office. Codes only to get in.

Location was excellent, accommodations were great, spacious & clean

Traffic was loud morning & night, that was unfortunate

Clean spacious and new

The furniture looked great but was not real comfortable to sit on

The dishwasher was broken it had a note in it that said it was broken.

Asking us to wash the towels and sheet was too much. We did it but it ruined the experience for us. We paid more than enough for cleaning staff to do the job. It also burned an hour an half of our time that we would have liked to use on other things. You really need to pick a better brand of toilet paper, At the cost of the room, you can afford decent TP. Another suggestion would be to spring for better blinds (at least on the first floor) Those blinds won't keep the cold out and the mechanism to roll them up and down jammed frequently.

The condo was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, modern, new. We loved the 3 balconies overlooking the lake.

We wished we could have been a little closer to downtown Traverse City but it was not a problem.
