location was great

The shower door in one of the bathrooms was stuck and the main TV did not work. placed 3 calls to the property management with NO RESPONSE or resolution to the problems.

The condo was huge and beautiful! It was very clean and had everything that we needed.

We arrived in a large vehicle. The parking space was very, very narrow making it very challenging to get in and out of our vehicle when others were parked on both sides of us. Unfortunately during our stay, there was road construction in front of the condo. Therefore there was a long line of cars and construction noise. It was one of the reasons we did not walk along the waterfront or visit the beach.

It was spacious and clean. It had a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable.

The pictures made it appear there was a nice view of the lake outside the window. This was not the case. We were on the first floor. Traffic was loud and passing all day. Cars were parked outside our back doors to the patio. It was too loud to enjoy sitting on the porch. There is a major construction project right outside as well, so it was loud and the lake trail was not accessible. The fire pit is in front of the condo entrance and is next to the dumpster and power boxes. Overall it was a disappointment from how it was listed online.

The location and parking was good. The candy treats and champagne were good touches. Close to good restaurants, Opera House, and Botanical Gardens (short drive).

We were met with fruit flies our first night after checking it about 6:30 PM. Management could not get it addressed until the next day. That was a real annoyance. Also, when we were finalizing our booking, we were advised that a $150 cleaning fee would be added. We swallowed hard on this because we decided to get this trip in at the last minute-but that was a lot for two people who only used the space for bathing and sleeping and for being there only two nights.

Loved the location…plenty of eating places close by, amazing view right on the lakefront. Condo was immaculate and had all the necessities we required.

When we discovered we left some clothing behind in the bedside table, we called, texted and sent an email. We were told that they would text us with instructions on how to get them back. They never texted or responded to either the email or phone call. I am more than willing to pay the postage to have the items sent to me, but don’t know how that will happen when they won’t communicate back with me.
