El lugar es hermosísimo, los detalles están cuidados, buen decorado y el personal muy atento. La cama podría ser mejor y está un poco lejos de zonas de interés.

We stayed here as pre wedding hotel. We enjoyed the best message ever received. The place is serene, the rooms and property are beautiful. You are a few blocks from dinning area, and no food service available at hotel. You can order coffee, and there is a bar. You can have food delivered. Beds are great, staff is great, messages are the best!

It was an amazing hotel, the accommodations ( rooms , bar, pools) were beautifully done and maintained. I was really happy being away from main area . The staff treated us splendidly. I highly recommend

Está muy bonita y muy buen servicio

One of the loveliest places I've stayed in all of Mexico and great value for the superb and unusual room. Highly, highly recommended. The staff were wonderful too. I'll be back if I ever get the chance to visit Mérida again.

Unique place! Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would go back for sure.

The only drawback was the hotel restaurant was closed - This mean no food options at all in the hotel (only drinks/coffee). Staff told us it might reopen, but who knows when. Since there is nothing at walking distance and we didn't want to take the car again, we ordered food and they served it to us on the restaurant tables which was nice, but still not ideal, especially for breakfast.
