Good location, good value for the money, convenient power sockets even with usb close to the beds. Nice and big common space and friendly and helpful volunteers.

During my stay there only foreigners there. No Mexicans. Also the volunteers were foreigners so I was missing the feeling of being in Mexico:) But it's Tulum, not made for Mexicans.

The staff to include managers were all awesome. They rented bicycles and had plenty of community space. Quiet, laundry/restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The rooms were musty (too enclosed) and kitchen vegetarian (no meat/fish).

The property is lovely, beds are big and private, common area is nice.

The shower in our dorm wasn’t the best. Some of the rules are a bit too strict: we understand the “no noise after 11pm” and appreciate it, but to ban people from even sitting quietly in the common area is too much. Also, they close the kitchen so you can’t even boil some hot water after 10 pm.

Great location, the staff was nice, room are clean and you have enough space to put your bags even on bunk beds which is great you also have a kitchen available and you get free access to drinkable water which is fantastic! I would recommend without a doubt

The atmosphere is very nice and it's relatively quiet to be in the center of Tulum. Great value for the money.

The guests were nice and quiet, The staff at the front desk were loud, laughing loudly and talking until past quiet hours. The place is clean but not spotless. The common area is very well thought, BUT the cushions from the living should be washed. They were filthy. There's no hot water in the shower
